Progression, symptoms, distribution, exposures, and relevant negatives. 3 points remain.

A high-value study such as histopathology, dermoscopy, or culture. 2 points remain.

Giveaway clue
The most recognizable board-relevant clue. 1 point remains.
Choosing a diagnosis
Use the searchable list of case-approved diagnoses. Capitalization and harmless punctuation do not matter, minor spelling errors are tolerated, and established synonyms may be accepted when the case reviewer has explicitly approved them. Related but overly broad answers are not counted as correct.
After the round
Dermdle reveals the diagnosis, explanation, key findings, differential, clinical pearl, references, and image attribution. Sharing never includes the diagnosis, patient details, clue text, or image.
